Real Estate Property Portfolio Manager
Three short years ago Elephant Property opened it's doors in Launceston. Backed by a wealth of property management and real estate experience we've expanded our trunk across the state with a second office in Hobart, clients sprinkled locally and across the world and an attitude and service level that is unforgettable (as you'd expect from an Elephant).
As our team grows, we need more like minded people and after an internal promotion to team leader in our Hobart office we are now recruiting for a property manager to join the Launceston crew.
Who is our ideal candidate... Could it be you?
- You're not afraid of hard work - we're challenged and stimulated daily and it's never not busy!
- You're organised, dependable, loyal with great computer skills (and you're a good driver too - we don't like dents in our big black elephant-mobiles)
- If you have previous property management experience that's great, but regardless, you will bring relevant life experience
- You want to work with industry leaders (we were named the REIT's 2011 Property Managers of the Year)
To apply or ask questions please email Kirsty Dunphey kirsty [at] elephantproperty.com.au
Some frequently asked questions:
- When does the position close?
When we find the right person! If you're keen, get your application in ASAP.
- Why is this position available?
We've had an internal promotion of our fabulous Kristy Arnold who will be heading up our Hobart team. While we're sad to lose her in Launceston, we know Hobart will be all the richer for it!
- What's the salary?
It's dependant upon the experience and aptitude of the candidate.
- What are the hours?
9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday however we have a rotational system for after hours calls.
- Why are you called Elephant Property?
Have a read through our website www.elephantproperty.com.au to find out all about us.
- Do I have to have previous property experience?
No - it's an advantage, but we'd rather have someone with an "Elephant" mindset (customer service, great work ethic, team player) than someone with experience but without that mindset
